This 12-month maternity leave cover is a part time role partnering with hospital leaders to provide strategic and practical HR guidance across workforce planning, employee relations and organisational change.

You will work with senior leaders to understand operational challenges, deliver commercially sound people solutions, and support initiatives that strengthen workforce
