Centacare is seeking a Clinical Care Partner to deliver person-centred care and comprehensive clinical assessments to help older Australians live safely at home. The role is full time with hours 8:30am–4:30pm, primarily in Caboolture, with travel to clients’ homes and mileage reimbursed.

Salary is $58 per hour plus Superannuation, Not-for-Profit Salary Packaging, and travel reimbursement. Benefits include salary packaging, EAP, and development opportunities within a supportive team.
