Hyatt Regency Sydney is seeking a part time Bartender for Lobby Lounge, located adjacent to Darling Harbour in Sydney's CBD. You will craft wine, beers, spirits, cocktails and coffees, delivering warm hospitality in a casual, elegant space.

Ideal candidates have bar service experience, strong cocktail knowledge, and NSW RSA. You must be able to work a rotating 7-day roster and have full working rights in Australia. RSA and roster flexibility are essential.
