The Nurse Clinical Specialist – Primary Health Care at Nhulunbuy Community Care Centre, based at Nhulunbuy High School, delivers specialist clinical outreach, monitoring and care to young people and families, with parenting support and early intervention education for Primary Health Care staff.

You will work with the school community and partner services to provide quality school-based youth health services, manage complex presentations, care coordination, and mentor less experienced nursing
