TM Collins Lawyers Pty Ltd is seeking a Legal Senior Associate / Special Counsel – Commercial Litigation in Melbourne. You will work closely with partners on a broad range of commercial disputes and manage your own files, developing litigation strategies and handling negotiations and mediations.
With at least 6 years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation, you will run matters independently, draft persuasively, and manage client relationships while briefing counsel as needed.
