The Coles Group Store Leader role focuses on delivering exceptional service and operational excellence across evening and night trade, ensuring the store is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for customers, team members and local community.
You will report to the Store Manager and be fully accountable for running the store during those shifts, driving sales targets, cost control and adherence to Coles’ standards in merchandising, safety and stock management.
