Responsibilities will include:
- Mentoring, manage, and motivate your service team to hit KPI's and maintain a culture of excellence.
- The ability to optimize workshop flow to maximize productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.
- Maintain Audi Indooroopilly's reputation for outstanding customer service.
- Manage departmental training, budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
- Follow manufacturer and dealership warranty policies effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure all safety standards and manufacturer requirements are met.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Prior experience as a Service Manager or Senior Service Advisor will be highly regarded.
- The ability to work cooperatively in a team and autonomously within a rapid-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong computer and literacy skills.
- Customer centric attitude.
- You know how to build a team in a fun and professional environment.
