Love AFL game day? Want to be part of the Swans red and white atmosphere? TGI Merchandise is looking for energetic, customer-focused people to join our casual game day sales team, serving Sydney Swans fans.
About the role
As a Casual Merchandise Team Member, you'll be on the front line of the fan experience, serving supporters at our game day merchandise outlets. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment, helping fans find the gear they love and making sure every interaction is a positive one.
You'll work at:
- Sydney Swans game days at the SCG
- Sydney Swans game days at Henson Park
- Other events as required
What you'll bring
- Weekend and public holiday availability (essential, as game days are our core trading days)
- Retail experience in a fast-paced workplace
- Experience using POS systems, particularly Lightspeed
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude
- Reliability and enthusiasm
