About the role:
- Dual role between chairside and the front desk
- Prepare surgeries, instruments and equipment, and keep infection control and sterilisation
- Run the front desk as required - phones, bookings, confirmations, payments and patient enquiries
- Full-time roles can work a 9-day fortnight, with an extra day off every two weeks on full-time pay.
About you:
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in both dental assisting and dental reception
- Comfortable switching from the chair to the desk during the day
- Principle Dental Software experience preferred, not mandatory
- Cert III/IV in Dental Assisting preferred but not essential
- Strong infection control habits
- Calm,
organised and warm team player who loves building long-term relationships
- Full working rights in Australia
