Your day-to-day

- Installation and commissioning of energy storage PCS and BESS. Conduct cold and hot adjustments according to product specifications and process steps, timely utilize local and HQ resources to solve commissioning problems until delivery to customers, and make summary on the job;
- Energy storage system monitoring and maintenance. Responsible for daily monitoring of PCS and BESS, ensuring stable system operation, and promptly handling and resolving system failures;
- Fault diagnosis and repair. Identify causes of the fault and solve it in a timely manner, analyze system issues, avoid the fault affecting the power plant production capacity or causing safety risks, and ensure normal operation of the system;
- Data analysis and report. Real time collection and monitoring of various operational data of energy storage power stations, adjustment of power station operation modes and control of power station output capabilities, production of operational reports, and proposal of system optimization suggestions;
- Equipment maintenance and upkeep. Maintain and upkeep the units, inverters, transformers, switchgears,



and other equipment of the power station to ensure that the equipment operates in optimal condition;
- Technical support and training. Provide technical support and training to team members, service agents and customers to improve system efficiency and reliability;
- Document management. Maintain and update system operation and maintenance related documents and records;
- Safety management. Ensure safety during the operation process and comply with relevant safety regulations and standards;
- Project collaboration. Collaborate with other departments to implement system upgrades, renovations, or optimization targets.

Requirement on this role

- Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields;
- Power plant or substation O&M; and troubleshooting skillset;
- Power grid control and SCADA system knowledge base;
- Maintenance Management knowledge base;
- Having electrician foundation, understanding after-sales system, and experience in renewable energy systems will be highly regarded;
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English, familiar with Office software, capable of document drafting, customer communication skills, strong cross-departmental communication & coordination skills with multiple parties, and the ability to track long-term complex problems till closure;
- Require robust team spirit, can accept business travel and flexible working schedule, can perform well under pressure;
- Ability to work independently with limited guidance;
- Job location is open across Queensland, Australia.
