Role Description The Operations Intern role is an in office internship based in Moe, VIC. The intern will support daily logistics and operations activities, including coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and assisting with route planning and resource allocation.

Responsibilities include collecting and organizing operational data, helping resolve day-to-day issues with partners and service providers, and supporting process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality. The intern will collaborate with the operations team, communicate with internal stakeholders,



and contribute to documentation and reporting related to ongoing projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support operational decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members, partners, and service providers.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills to support relationship management and understand customer needs in a B2B logistics context.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to assist in coordinating logistics workflows and improving processes.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to help plan, prioritize, and track operational initiatives.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and basic data tools; familiarity with logistics or supply chain concepts is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Moe, VIC, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and learning-focused mindset.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
