UQ Sport Ltd in St Lucia is seeking an Aquatic Centre Assistant Manager to provide hands-on operational leadership at the Aquatic Centre. You will work with the Senior Manager to manage day-to-day operations, staff development and ensure safety and service standards.

You will bring at least two years in venue management in aquatic settings, proven leadership, solid customer focus and excellent communication.
