The Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate or Senior Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop a career in the legal industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse range of matters in estate planning, trusts, property and estate administration
Provide high-quality, practical legal advice
Take ownership of matters from initial instructions through to completion
Draft, review and advise on a range of legal documents and transactions
Mentor and support junior lawyers and team members
Collaborate with experienced practitioners on interesting matters
Contribute to business development, knowledge sharing and the continued growth of the firm
About You
4+ years’ experience in 2 or more of the areas we practice
A current NSW Practising Certificate
Solid communication and organisational skills
A keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude
Confidence in managing a matter load independently while collaborating with Directors, senior staff and colleagues.
An empathetic approach to supporting clients through sensitive matters.
