Flourish Australia is seeking a Team Coordinator or Team Coordinator - Peer Specialist to lead a newly established Buduwa team in Burwood, Sydney. The role focuses on supervision, frontline service delivery, and empowering people with lived experience to recover in the community.
You will mentor peers, apply recovery knowledge, maintain skilled boundaries, and work across sites as needed. This full-time role requires 76 hours per fortnight and a Monday–Friday schedule.
