Redpath Partners is seeking an experienced HR Manager to own the HR function and support payroll across the business. This stand-alone role leads the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, policy implementation, and payroll coordination.
You will act as the primary HR contact and collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate payroll processes.
