Protected Planet seeks a hands-on Lead Air Conditioning Installer to own residential ducted and multi-split projects in Melbourne. You will lead a crew of 2–3 installers, plan each installation, read site plans and coordinate with trades to deliver high-quality work.

This practical leadership role requires ensuring safety, adhering to Australian Standards, and timely completion with strong support from our Epping head office. Immediate start and company vehicle offered.
