Mini Connections, an Australian-based boutique nanny and babysitting agency, is seeking an experienced Remote Operations Manager. The role is part-time (20–30 hours per week) with work from home from the Philippines, operating in Australian Eastern Time hours.
You will own the end-to-end candidate sourcing, onboarding, and post-placement processes, while ensuring seamless client-candidate experiences and timely service delivery.
