Cafe Kalina Springfield is looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Kitchen Hand / Chef's Assistant to join our team. You will support our chefs with daily kitchen operations in a busy café environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assisting our chefs with basic food preparation
- Washing dishes and keeping the kitchen clean and organised
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- Helping with kitchen setup, cleaning and closing duties
- Supporting the team during busy service periods
About you
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Positive teamwork and communication skills
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
- Previous kitchen experience is an advantage, but not essential
