Elevio is a specialist colorectal and pelvic floor clinic providing evidence-based, minimally invasive, and holistic care. We are seeking a warm friendly and professional Medical Receptionist to support our specialists and ensure smooth daily operations across our Gregory Hills rooms.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a calm, professional manner
- Coordinate bookings, referrals, and follow-ups
- Manage patient records, reports, and billing accurately
- Support specialists with daily lists and communication with hospitals and GPs
- Maintain confidentiality and clinic presentation to high standards
- Assist the Practice Manager with administrative functions, operational efficiency, and implementation of clinic improvements
About you
- Previous medical reception experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Professional, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Clinic-to-Cloud experience desirable
- Knowledge of medical terminology and strong customer service focus
