Serve customers and assist with fuel purchases, shop products and general enquiries. Monitor the fuel pumps and forecourt and respond to customer needs. Follow procedures for fuel spills, emergencies, alarms and safety incidents. Check and restock shelves, fridges and fuel-station supplies. Maintain cleanliness of the shop, counter, bathrooms and forecourt. Receive deliveries and assist with stock management and inventory checks. Check fuel and shop prices and ensure products are displayed correctly. Handle age-restricted products in accordance with Australian laws and company procedures. Complete end-of-shift cash reconciliation and other basic administrative tasks. Report equipment, pump, refrigeration or other site issues to the manager. Follow workplace WHS, security, cash-handling and company procedures Handling hot foods and Sandwich making is preferable, not mandatory as the necessary training will be provided for a selected candidate.
