InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to lead kitchen activities on shift, ensuring exceptional dining experiences across Shutters Restaurant, Bar, Pool Bar, Club Lounge and In-Room Dining. You will collaborate with the Executive Chef to uphold food quality, cleanliness, ordering and people management.

Ideal candidates will have 5 years in luxury hotel or upmarket environments, with at least 2 years as Sous Chef leading operations, and hold a Certificate IV in
