Astoria Bar Ké Grill in Melbourne is seeking a hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to help run the day-to-day operations, lead a small team, and ensure welcoming, productive service during our peak summer period.
You will oversee opening/closing, reservations, wine list management, guest wine recommendations, and coordination with kitchen and FOH to keep service smooth, while upholding health and safety and high standards.
