We are a Gold Coast based company with several projects around the Northern Gold Coast area. We have been established for over 20 years working on commercial and education projects. We are looking for an experienced Communications Technician to join our team.
Key responsibilities
- Installation and termination of Cat 6/6A UTP/STP/FTP and Fibre optic certified systems including Molex, Siemon and Belden
- Test installed cabling using a level 4 Cable Certifier and OLTS
- Installation of cable support systems
About you
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Able to work unsupervised or part of a team
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to undertake police check if required
- Excellent work ethic, attention to detail and positive attitude
- Current ACMA open licence with Structured and Fibre endorsements
- EWP Licence
- Current working with children blue card
- Construction blue/white card
- Cert 3 in Telecommunications (preferred but not required)
