Penola Catholic College in Melbourne is seeking a Careers Practitioner to engage students in exploring post-school pathways and provide guidance on career planning. Working with the Head of Careers, you will support families and staff to help students identify strengths and aspirations and connect with education providers and employers.

You will assist Year 12 students after VCE results with tertiary pathway advice, focusing on building confidence, informed decision making and wellbeing.
