Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to join the 18-bed tertiary Children’s Intensive Care Unit (CICU) as Nurse Unit Manager Level 1 on a temporary full‑time basis (maternity relief) in Randwick, Sydney. The NUM1 will lead across 12‑hour shifts, support patient flow and drive safety and quality in care.

The role involves coordinating unit activity, leading nursing staff and working closely with NUM2 and NM3 to deliver effective, compassionate paediatric care
