The Department of Justice and Community Safety (Youth Justice) seeks a Practice Lead at Cherry Creek Youth Justice Precinct to lead a team of Behaviour Support Specialists and oversee evidence-informed psychosocial programs aimed at rehabilitating young people in custody and supporting their reintegration into the community.

You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, delivering targeted assessments, developing individualized intervention plans, and guiding staff in behaviour management
