Avant Mutual Group’s Doctors’ Health Fund is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Specialist to join our team in Sydney. This permanent, full‑time role offers hybrid work and requires five days per fortnight in the office to support doctors and healthcare professionals with private health cover including OVHC.

You will manage complex sales, drive retention and mentor other Sales Specialists to improve the member experience.
