PMFresh is seeking a proactive Labour Coordinator to support our Operations team by coordinating workforce planning, rostering, labour reporting and timesheet approvals. Working closely with the Head of Operations, Production Managers, Supervisors, Payroll and P&C;, you'll help ensure staffing levels meet production demands while identifying opportunities to improve productivity and manage labour costs.

What you'll do

- Coordinate workforce planning and rostering to maintain appropriate staffing levels across shifts and departments.
- Monitor labour costs and overtime against operational requirements and budgets, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Review timesheets and attendance records to ensure accurate payroll inputs and resolve discrepancies before payroll deadlines.
- Analyse workforce data and prepare reports on labour hours, overtime, absenteeism, costs and utilisation to support informed decision-making.
- Partner with operational teams to manage staffing changes, address coverage gaps and improve workforce allocation.




- Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending practical improvements to workforce planning and labour management.

What you'll bring

- Experience in labour coordination, workforce planning, rostering, payroll administration or a similar operational role.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, spreadsheets and data analysis.
- Experience reviewing timesheets, attendance records and overtime.
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Professional judgement and discretion when handling confidential employee and payroll information.
- Experience in workforce management, rostering or time and attendance systems (with Kronos experience highly regarded), ideally within food manufacturing, warehousing, logistics or a similar shift-based environment, with an understanding of labour budgets and relevant employment requirements.
