Accounts Payable Officer (open to Juniors)

About therole This is a newly created opportunity for a Accounts Payable to join a energetic and growing business based in North Sydney. This role is open to recent graduates with 1-2 years experience in an accounts payable/admin accounts role. Our client is located within the heart of North Sydney and are a short walk from the station (they also offer some work-from-home flexibility with 1-2 days at home). They are a growing business and always looking to grow and develop their employees. They have a very supportive work culture and a fun, friendly environment where everyone gets along, works well together and enjoys coming to work

The Responsibilities

- End-to-end accounts payable
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Reconciliation of supplier payments andinter-company accounts
- Preparation, allocation of costs to correct G/L accounts,



and payment of weekly bills
- Reconciliation of bank and supplier reconciliations
- Contribute accounts payable information to other departments upon request
- Opportunity to direct and lead the Accounts Payable team

The successful applicant will have

- 1-2 years experience within a similar role
- Previous experience with MYOB is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Up & comer, motivated, keen to learn and contribute to the fun & vibrant culture
