Alcoa is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for the Wagerup Alumina Refinery and Gallium Project to lead people strategy and HR operations on site. You will partner with the Operations Manager and leaders to shape workforce planning, engagement and performance across a complex industrial setting.
