- 2. NDIS Screening Card 3. Blue Card 4. Current
- First Aid Certificate 5. Own car and comprehensive insurance. 6. Open license
- 7. Police Check within the last 3 Months Requirements Cert 3 in Disability Support NDIS Screening Card Blue Card Current
First Aid Certificate Car and Comprehensive insurance Open license Police Check within 3 Months Female Preferred however male candidates can be matched to clients. Must be friendly and personable.
