Hearing Australia is seeking a Client Service Specialist for Bell Post Hill & Werribee centres. The role is onsite as a casual position, with an initial two-week full time training period (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm) to complete onboarding requirements.
As a Client Service Specialist, you’ll greet clients, manage counter and phone enquiries, and support clinicians. You’ll assist with bookings, claims, data entry, and client reports, while engaging with diverse communities.
