Western NSW Local Health District in Bathurst invites applications for a Traineeships & Pathways Coordinator (Identified). This permanent full time role (38 hours per week) focuses on creating traineeships, career pathways and school work experiences to build a capable health workforce.

You will join the People and Culture Directorate, collaborating to promote inclusion and strengthen workforce capability, with support for Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal communities across our region.
