EVT's Rydges Esplanade Cairns is seeking an energetic and organised F&B; Supervisor to join on a casual basis. You will oversee daily service across breakfast, lunch and dinner, lead a front-facing team, and uphold high standards of food quality and presentation to wow guests.

You’ll create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for conferences, weddings, or a Excellent Barrier Reef getaway, while collaborating with events teams.
