Cert III and Diploma Educators (FT and casual) - Central Coast

We are currently seeking sensational Educators to join the team at our stunning Early Childhood service located on the NSW Central Coast

Our Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria:

- Inclusive of others, with a positive and collaborative attitude
- Motivated to build respectful and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community while maintaining professional boundaries
- Dedicated, enthusiastic, and reliable, with a commitment to excellence for children and willingness to grow with the service
- Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
- Open to our unique and creative approach to programming and practice
- Shows an interest in understanding and exploring the RIE approach
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications are encouraged (at own cost).
- Valid NSW Working with Children Check
- Demonstrated understanding of contemporary child safe practices, including child safeguarding responsibilities
- Available forwork Monday to Friday, with shifts rostered between 6:30 AM-6:30 PM,



and able to be flexible as required - both full time and casual positions are currently available
- Considerable recent experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector, ideally across multiple age groups or open to working with any age group
- ACECQA-approved Certificate III and/or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently working towards either qualification)
- Current Food Safety training, with certificate to be provided*
- Current Child Protection training, including a recognised course code for "Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk", with evidence to be provided*
- Current Child Safety training (Geccko), with certificate to be provided*

* To be completed prior to your first working shift.
