People First Bank is seeking a Customer Service Consultant in our Collins Street Lending & Advice Centre. In this part time role you will greet customers, handle transactions, and direct queries to the right banking solutions.

You will build relationships, support digital services, and work on a rotating roster with 15–32 hours per week. No prior banking experience is required as comprehensive training is provided.
