Rich & Rare is expanding to the Gold Coast and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Venue Manager to lead our new restaurant in Broadbeach.

Rich & Rare is part of the Tassis Group, an established and growing hospitality group with a portfolio of successful venues. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a strong hospitality leader who shares our commitment to operational excellence, exceptional food and outstanding guest experiences.

About the role

As Venue Manager, you will take ownership of the restaurant's day-to-day operations, lead and develop a high-performing team, and drive the overall success of the venue. You will play a key role in establishing our presence on the Gold Coast while maintaining the high standards and service excellence associated with Rich & Rare.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring consistently high standards of service and presentation.

Recruit, train, lead and develop a motivated and professional team.

Manage rostering, labour costs, stock control and operational performance.

Drive revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction.

Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety,



food safety and hospitality regulations.

Foster a positive team culture built on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

About you

Proven experience as a Venue Manager or in a senior restaurant management role.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop and manage a team.

Commercially minded, with a solid understanding of financial performance and cost control.

Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

A hands-on management style and the ability to perform in a fast-paced workplace.

A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
