Junior School PE Teacher and Sport Coordinator

St Paul’s Grammar School is a co-educational, non-denominational Christian Grammar school located in Sydney’s Greater West. Position Summary:

The Junior School PE Teacher and Sport Coordinator is responsible for delivering high-quality physical education and coordinating all aspects of school sport in the Junior School. This includes managing sporting events, liaising with external providers, and promoting student participation in co-curricular activities. The role will work closely with the Secondary School Sport Coordinator.

Permanent Full time

Commencing in January 2027

The successful applicant will have:

- Appropriate qualifications and Experience, at the minimum of degree level.
- Accreditation to teach with NSW NESA.
- An understanding of the NSW NESA syllabus in relation to their discipline, particulary the PDHPE syllabus.
- Display a strong ability to integrate ICT into the teaching and learning of subjects.




- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Passion for Physical Education and Sport with the ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities to develop confidence, teamwork and sportsmanship.
- Proven ability to work as a constructive and creative member of a team with a professional, courteous manner.
- Intermediate-level skills using computer- based applications, which include MS Office Suite (Edge, Chrome, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Membership of a local Christian church or community
