Aruma is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Children’s Services in Townsville. You’ll help children aged 5–18 who’ve faced trauma, loss and disruption, supporting daily routines and personal growth.

You’ll build trusting relationships, support schooling and activities, and foster a protected, inclusive home. The role offers development, trauma-informed practice training and opportunities to grow within Aruma.
