Bodyfix Physiotherapy & Massage – Charters Towers QLD

You’ll be the first person our clients meet and the reason they leave feeling looked after. As our full-time Administration Assistant, you’ll keep the front of house running smoothly so our clinicians can focus on getting people better. Full training is provided.

Key responsibilities

- Run day-to-day reception and administration: bookings, calls, emails, payments and client enquiries
- Support our physiotherapists and exercise physiologists so their days run on time
- Work alongside the Practice Manager and Director on the projects and systems that keep our services growing
- Live the Bodyfix values and give every client a high-quality experience from the moment they walk in
- Keep the clinic clean, tidy and welcoming, because great healthcare starts with a great environment

About you

- Experience in an administrative role (healthcare is a bonus)




- Excellent computer skills and confident across Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Adaptable and calm in a fast-paced environment, able to juggle multiple tasks without losing accuracy
- Strict about patient confidentiality
- Exceptional customer service, with a friendly, positive and caring manner towards everyone in the clinic
- Robust time management and the initiative to get things done without being asked
- Energetic and genuinely enjoy working with people
