Most mortgage brokers spend years trying to build a client base. Ours inherit one.

We seldom recruit externally for this role. We believe in growing our people from within, but with client demand continuing to build, we are opening the door for the first time since 2024 and looking for five experienced Finance Strategists (Mortgage Brokers) to join our team.

This Is Not a Lifestyle Broker Role

You will not spend your week chasing referrals, attending networking events or wondering where your next client is coming from. Our clients are already engaged, our pipeline already exists and demand exceeds our current capacity.

Instead, you will focus on what you do best: assessing borrowing capacity, developing lending/ investment strategies and delivering strong client outcomes across owner-occupied home loans, residential investment property loans and construction loans.

The volume is high. The expectations are high. At times,



the hours will be big. The pipeline will not leave much room to twiddle your thumbs, and this is not the role for a bare-minimum operator looking to coast.

It is a role for an ambitious, technically strong broker who enjoys being busy, takes ownership and wants access to the client flow, support and lending volumes that most brokers will ever achieve.

Earnings are uncapped and the opportunity is significant. For the right person, there is a genuine opportunity to earn more here than in a traditional mortgage broking environment.

About the Role

Forget the traditional broking model. At Infinity, finance is part of a broader client journey combining education, coaching, finance and property strategy to help Australians take control of their money, reduce debt and build wealth.

This is not a transactional broking role. Our Finance Strategists are expected to understand the client’s broader financial position and develop strategies that support debt reduction, wealth creation and long-term financial outcomes.

You will work with ready-to-go clients who are responsible about changing their financial future. You will help them understand their borrowing position, structure lending around their goals and move confidently from strategy to action across owner-occupied, residential investment and construction lending.





You will be supported by your own dedicated Broker Support and work closely with the Property and Client Success teams, you will deliver a seamless experience from strategy through to approval, settlement and beyond.

You will also represent Infinity at our Masterclass and Real Estate Mastery events. Occasional weekend work is part of the role and gives you the opportunity to connect directly with clients and the wider Infinity team.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide allocated clients through the finance journey from strategy to settlement and beyond
- Complete borrowing capacity assessments and develop tailored lending strategies
- Write lending strategies designed to support debt reduction, wealth creation and clients’ long-term financial goals
- Structure owner-occupied home loans, residential investment property loans and construction loans
- Manage applications and a high-volume pipeline efficiently, keeping clients informed throughout
- Maintain accurate CRM records, documentation, compliant file notes and supporting evidence
- Work closely with lenders, BDMs and internal teams to achieve strong client outcomes
- Identify risks or delays early and take ownership of resolving them
- Identify appropriate opportunities to connect clients with Infinity’s broader services
- Attend Masterclass and Real Estate Mastery events as required
- Weekend work will be required a minimum of once per month (Saturday and Sunday). This is to attend our Masterclass, which is our primary channel for sourcing clients.
