They seek an experienced Advice Manager / Practice Development Manager to work with Advisers and support teams to lift practice performance, consistency, productivity and client outcomes.

You will collaborate with about 25 Advisers in Melbourne, along with leadership, to embed processes, workflows, tools and support models across the client journey, coaching and developing Advisers
