Complete Flow Plumbing is seeking an experienced Plumbing Operations & Office Manager to own office operations, deliver great customer experience and help the company grow. This role encompasses customer service, operations coordination, brand management, and financial administration for a fast-growing residential plumbing company.
Key responsibilities
- Answer calls, respond to enquiries and book jobs promptly
- Keep plumbers busy and the sales team booked with qualified quoting appointments
- Confirm appointments, follow up missed calls and outstanding quotes
- Manage schedules, subcontractors, return visits and job requirements
- Ensure plumbers complete job notes, photos and checklists in ServiceM8
- Track every job, solve daily issues and keep the team accountable
- Follow up completed jobs, check customer satisfaction and resolve concerns
- Ask customers for genuine Google reviews and track requests
- Issue invoices and follow up deposits, progress payments and overdue accounts
- Keep customer records and job statuses accurate; report daily on bookings, reviews and payments
About you
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC or similar trade services
- Robust dispatch and customer service skills
- Confident with ServiceM8 or similar software
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
