The firm is now entering an important stage of its evolution, with a clear strategy to deepen its focus on technology, transformation, AI and innovation. As part of this next chapter, it is creating a newly appointed Growth Director position to help drive its commercial growth and market presence.
Your new role
As Growth Director, you will take ownership of customer acquisition and play a leading role in building the firm's next generation of client relationships.
This is not a traditional sales position. You will operate as a senior commercial leader, understanding complex client challenges, identifying opportunities and translating the firm's technology and transformation capabilities into compelling commercial propositions.
Your focus will be on building and converting a strong pipeline across priority growth markets, including aviation and airlines, data centres, banking and private equity. You will inherit selected opportunities while also leveraging your own network and market credibility to create recent conversations and win new work.
Success in this position will be measured by your ability to establish meaningful client relationships, win significant consulting engagements and become an influential member of the leadership team.

You will also:

- Lead the acquisition of new clients and major advisory engagements
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers




- Translate AI, digital, innovation and transformation capabilities into clear commercial value
- Shape opportunities, pitches and proposals alongside technical and advisory specialists
- Strengthen commercial thinking across the broader consulting team
- Support expansion into new markets and priority sectors
- Contribute to the firm's broader growth and transformation strategy

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an established consulting, advisory or professional services growth leader with a genuine track record of winning and bringing new work into a business. You will be comfortable developing opportunities from the ground up, influencing senior decision-makers and converting complex conversations into commercial outcomes.You will bring:

- A strong track record in consultative business development and winning significant advisory or transformation engagements
- An established senior network across relevant sectors, ideally aviation, data centres, banking, private equity, infrastructure or government
- Strong commercial understanding of technology, digital transformation, AI or innovation, with the ability to translate complex propositions into clear client value
- Executive presence and confidence leading senior client conversations, pitches and negotiations
- Leadership experience and the adaptability to succeed within a boutique, entrepreneurial consulting environment
- Positive energy, resilience and humility, with a highly collaborative and ownership-driven approach
