The Position We’ll get real with you, right now. Lead Lab is hard work. You’ll roll your sleeves up and talk to a lot of people. It’s also where future industry leaders are made. Every call, every letter and every connection builds the foundation for a career built on trust, consistency and local knowledge. Lead Lab is the first step on our career pathway: Sales Cadet, then Sales Associate, then Property Consultant. It takes about three years, and every step up is earned on results, not time served. With Nitschke’s motivating and progressive culture, you’ll be set up for success.

What you’ll do

• Make outbound prospecting calls: Just Listed and Just Sold, our buyer list, and follow-ups

• Deliver street campaigns, including letters and DLs, across the Hills

• Nurture appraisal contacts until they’re ready to talk timing

• Prepare kerbside reports for our Property Consultants

• Find owners thinking of selling in the next six months and hand them to our agents

• Keep our CRM accurate, with every contact and conversation logged

• Back the sales team with hands-on support: meeting building and pest inspectors, dropping off files and keys

What you’ll learn

• You’ll hold an in-training licence from day one and work under supervision

• You’ll complete your Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and full sales representative registration within six months

• You’ll work through our Lead Lab training modules, with call scripts, roleplays and mentor feedback





• You’ll shadow 10+ appraisals and 10+ open homes with our Property Consultants and record what you learn

• You’ll get reviews at one, three and six months, and a monthly one-on-one on your numbers, so you always know where you stand

• We’re based in the beautiful Adelaide Hills, and we hope you are too. All Nitschke team members know our region intimately, ideally with connections and community knowledge. We don’t usually hire out-of-towners.

• You don’t shy away from hard work and you’re self-motivated • You’re excited for a future in real estate and understand this role sets a strong foundation • You recognise sales is about relationships. You know how to build and maintain them.

It is? Awesome! No experience or qualification is needed to start. You’ll learn on the job and gain your qualification with us. Past roles in retail, hospitality or customer service are favourable. What we’re really looking for is the right attitude: a team player who is willing to learn and disciplined enough to play the long game. You’ll join a crew of people who love the Hills, share an entrepreneurial spirit and are passionate about helping each other succeed. This is not a dog-eat-dog team. We work together to fulfil clients’ lifestyle dreams through every life stage. This role is based in the Nitschke office in Mount Barker, with a February 2027 start.
