About the Rolen
nAs a Registered Nurse, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents in a community aged care setting.n
n
n Working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, you'll be responsible for:n
n
n

- Conducting clinical assessments and developing individualised care plans.
n
- Providing wound management, medication administration and clinical documentation.
n




- Monitoring residents' health and responding to changing care needs.
n
- Supporting residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
n
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, quality care.
n
- Advocating for residents and promoting positive clinical outcomes.
n

About Youn

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
- Relevant nursing qualifications.
n
- Previous Community Aged Care Experience
n
- Robust clinical assessment and care planning skills.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Current Australian driver's licence.
n
- Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
n
- A compassionate, proactive and team-focused approach.
n
