We’re looking for a superstar International Sales Support Coordinator to join our team and help keep our international sales operations and customer experience running smoothly.

n

The Rolen

This is a hands-on, varied role combining international sales coordination, customer service and administration.

n

n

You’ll be a key point of contact for our international distributors and customers, managing everything from enquiries and orders to sales reporting and day-to-day coordination.

n

n

Working closely with our sales, operations and internal teams, you’ll play an important part in keeping our customers happy and our international business moving!

What You’ll Be Doingn

n
- Customer & Distributor Support: Be a key point of contact for our international customers, distributors and sales partners, managing enquiries, requests and resolving issues.
n
- Order Management: Process and coordinate customer orders, follow up on deliveries, manage order issues and work closely with our warehouse, logistics and finance teams to keep things running smoothly.
n
- International Sales Support: Support our international sales team with presentations, product information, pricing, promotional activities and distributor requirements.
n
- Logistics & Export Coordination: Liaise with freight and logistics partners, assist with shipping documentation and ensure customers are kept informed throughout the order process.
n
- Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate customer records, trading terms and pricing,



prepare sales reports and keep our systems up to date.
n
- Sales & Marketing Coordination: Assist with product launches, new range submissions, promotional materials and international sales activities.
n

What You’ll Bringn n
- Experience in customer service, sales support, order administration or a similar role.
n
- Previous experience in international sales support, export administration or working with international distributors is highly desirable.
n
- Experience coordinating international orders, freight, shipping documentation or export processes would be advantageous.
n
- Confidence communicating with customers and stakeholders across different countries, cultures and time zones.
n
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering great customer service.
n
- Confidence using Excel, Microsoft Office and business systems, with ERP experience (particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365) a bonus.
n
- Experience in beauty, FMCG, wholesale or distribution would be highly regarded.
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
n
