Your New Role
As a Customer Service Representative, your job duties & responsibility include but are not limited to the following:

n
- Interact with customers for bookings, pricing, queries, service options, shipment updates
n
- Enhance customer experience and foster relationships, improve credibility and create customer loyalty
n
- Prioritization of orders and adjusting of schedules to ensure customer priority requirements are met
n
- Manage the status of customer orders through maintaining accurate data within Cargowise and communicating exceptions and delays to customers
n
- Cargowise Tasks
n
- CW Bookings
n
- Cargowise Data Entry
n
- Liaise with overseas partners & internal colleagues
n
- Customer Rate Set up
n
- Customer Summary Reports
n
- Customer Enquiries
n
- Customer Quotations
n
- Distribution of incoming emails/documents to various internal departments
n
- Customer Courtesy Service Calls
n





What you will need to succeedn
n

n
- Minimum 12 months Freight Forwarding experience, have sound understanding of the importing process including INCO terms, documentation, delivery and customs and quarantine requirements.
n
- Customer Service Representative experience
n
- Cargowise experience
n
- Manage Competing External and Internal Priorities
n
- Clear Oral & Written Communication Skills
