We're looking for a genuine hospitality leader to help us build the next chapter of The Forge.
We're not looking for someone who simply manages a roster or keeps the doors open.
We want someone who loves hospitality, leads from the floor, develops good people and knows how to create a memorable experience for every customer.
You'll take ownership of our front-of-house operations at Armstrong Street, including:
- Leading and developing our FOH team
- Building atmosphere, energy and outstanding service
- Driving food and beverage sales
- Managing service standards, rosters and labour performance
- Working closely with our kitchen team
- Access to excellent management and AI tools
We're looking for someone with proven restaurant leadership experience, strong commercial awareness and a genuine pride in hospitality.
This is an opportunity to make a real impact on an established Ballarat venue as we invest in its next chapter.
