n Behind a beautifully presented showroom is a custom-suiting house known for impeccable tailoring and service to match. As it continues to grow, it’s looking for a polished, charismatic Custom Suiting Consultant who can bring that same level of luxury to every client they meet.n

n This isn’t about selling off the rack. It’s about sitting down with someone, understanding their style, and designing a suit that makes them feel extraordinary on the day it matters most.n

What you’ll don

- Lead one-to-one custom-suiting consultations, guiding clients through luxurious fabrics and design choices to create a suit that is unmistakably theirs
n
- Become a trusted style adviser to groomsmen, wedding parties and business clients, from first conversation through measurements to the final fitting
n
- Deliver a seamless client experience by managing orders, emails and follow-ups with care and precision
n
- Keep the showroom immaculate, from steaming garments to styling and presenting current stock
n

- $65,000 to $68,000 base salary plus superannuation

- Head office provides leads and books most appointments, so your time goes to clients and relationships rather than chasing

- Uncapped commission structure that is genuinely rewarding and achiveble

- Tuesday to Saturday roster, with Sunday and Monday off

- Closed on public holidays, with a Christmas to New Year break, a rarity in retail

Who you are n

- Confident, warm and magnetic, someone who is energised by getting to know people rather than closing a quick sale
n
- Passionate about fashion, impeccably presented, and instinctively at home with premium products and the service that goes with them
n
- Experienced in menswear, which would be a real advantage, though our client will happily teach you the custom-suiting craft
n
- Dependable, a great team player, and looking to build a long-term career
n
- Holding a driver’s licence and with access to a vehicle for occasional short trips to the nearby workshop
n
